Treating Iron

Treating iron is temporary surface piping and assembled choke manifolds for well testing, fracturing, completion, flow back and well clean-up operation, end connection is Fig 1502, Fig 1002 and Fig 602.

    Features
  • Integral structure, forged end connection if sour gas service
  • Flexible assembly on site
  • Low torque valves, easy operation
API 6A Gate Valves and Chokes

API 6A valves and spools support stronger fluid control and reliable flange connection, they are assembled to be manually-operated choke manifold or hydraulically-operated choke manifold for high pressure well testing and flow back operation.

    Features
  • Choke bean, choke stem, gates and seats are made with compact tungsten carbide; bodies are made of alloy steel
  • Gate valves are improved from Cameron FC series and chokes are improved from Cameron H2 series
